Polaris Smart Grid Online News: For a long time, western and northwestern China have abundant energy resources. How to transport these power resources to other regions? The reporter learned from Chongqing ABB Transformer Co., Ltd. today (19) that the world's largest power high-voltage DC transformer technology has achieved a new breakthrough in Chongqing: the world's first ±1100 kV UHV DC transmission project Changji-Guquan's first converter transformer is in Chongqing ABB Transformer Co., Ltd. has completed production, successfully passed the test, and will be put into use soon. Chongqing will be used as a production site of 1,100 kV UHV DC transformers to help build a smart green grid for power transmission from West to East.

In 2017, the world’s first ±1100kV UHV DC transmission project, Changji-Guquan’s first converter transformer, was provided by the activity party

This morning, the 20th anniversary celebration of Chongqing ABB Transformer Co., Ltd. officially kicked off. The reporter followed the relevant person in charge to visit the factory of Chongqing ABB Transformer Co., Ltd. in Jiulongpo District. According to Zheng Hanping, general manager of Chongqing ABB Transformer Co., Ltd., introduced to reporters, as one of ABB's largest transformer manufacturing bases in the world, the company has been focusing on the design and production of power transformers, reactors and high-voltage DC converter transformers. A few days ago, it successfully tested the world's largest power 1100 kV UHV DC transformer including high-end and low-end transformers. This is also the world's first 1100 kV UHV DC transformer.

It is understood that the high-voltage DC transformer will be used in the Changji-Guquan ±1100 UHV DC transmission line. This transmission line is the world's first ±1100 kV UHV DC line, setting a record in terms of voltage level, transmission capacity and distance. Set a new world record. The line of the project transmits power from Xinjiang to Anhui, with a transmission power of 12 million kilowatts, equivalent to the power of 12 large power plants. Compared with the ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project currently in operation, the transmission capacity has increased by 50%. , The project also increased the original transmission distance of 2,000 kilometers to more than 3,000 kilometers. After the project is put into operation, it will provide electricity to 8 500 kV and 2 1000 kV AC lines, which is equivalent to twice the average annual electricity consumption in Switzerland. At the same time, this breakthrough technology also connects ±1100 kV UHV DC transmission lines to 750 kV AC lines for the first time. "This technological breakthrough strongly supports long-distance, low-loss, and large-capacity power transmission. At the same time, it also interconnects DC and AC power grids, laying the foundation for future cross-regional and cross-national grid interconnection." Fang Qin, President of ABB's Power Grid Business Unit Said that this will also help build a stronger, smarter and greener power grid.

In the future, ABB's grid business unit will continue to promote localization strategies, develop and apply leading technologies in key areas such as renewable energy grid integration, grid automation, digital grids, and microgrids, and provide power generation, transmission, distribution and power consumption. Power value chain solutions continue to help customers increase grid capacity, improve grid stability, improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact, actively build future power grids, and support the development of the western region to a new stage.

The first step is to prepare the silver extraction solution (acid). The silver withdrawal liquid specifically dissolves the silver dots. The brass matrix and the copper matrix are not damaged, and the copper is sold directly after cleaning.
The silver contacts used in our switches can be judged as good or bad. The closing of the switch is achieved by the opening and closing of the silver contacts on the copper sheet to achieve the energized state. The thickness of the silver contacts directly affects the electrical conductivity. The thickness of silver coating of ordinary switches is 0.2-0.3mm, and the higher the thickness of silver coating, it can effectively reduce the generation of sparks during switch closing and prolong the service life of the switch.
Silver contacts have high electrical and thermal conductivity, low and stable touch resistance, good welding and processing functions. Fine-grained silver contains a small amount of silver in the silver, which greatly refines the material arrangement grains. In the case of almost the same touch resistance, its mechanical strength and temperature resistance are higher than that of silver. Therefore, the solder resistance and arc burn resistance are better than silver.
In the field of silver contacts, it is generally divided into pure silver contacts, silver-nickel alloy contacts, silver tin oxide contacts, silver cadmium oxide contacts, etc. However, in the switch industry, manufacturers and application companies generally know how to Choose the switch silver contact to ensure the quality and life of the switch, and many small and medium-sized enterprises have a lack of awareness of silver contacts. In the switch industry, silver cadmium oxide and silver nickel alloy contacts are more widely used. , But how much do you know about the ratio and production process?
